Very fine, single-use needles at chosen points to help rebalance the body.

In Chinese medicine, qi and blood flow through the body along channels called meridians. When that flow isn't smooth, discomfort can show up. The Lingshu, one of the oldest Chinese medical texts, describes using fine needles to open the channels and regulate qi and blood. That is what acupuncture does, with very fine needles placed at points along the meridians.
Chinese medicine also looks at the whole person, not just the spot that hurts. Two people with the same headache may have different causes: one from cold, another from exhaustion and poor sleep, another from stress. So the points we choose differ too. We start by asking questions, looking at your tongue and feeling your pulse, then decide where the needles go. Alongside traditional points, we also use Tung's Acupuncture and Chuang's Scalp Acupuncture (CSA). When it suits you, we may add moxibustion, cupping or tui na.
