What we collect
Your name and contact details, date of birth, health history, treatment notes, insurance details and payment records.
Why we collect it
To assess and treat you, to bill you or your insurer, to remind you about appointments, and to meet our professional and legal duties.
Who can see it
Only your practitioner and clinic staff who need it to care for you. We share it with your insurer only when you ask us to bill them directly. Otherwise we do not share it without your consent, unless the law requires it. We never sell your information.
How we store it
All records are kept in JaneApp, a secure online clinic system. We do not keep paper records.
How long we keep it
We keep health records for at least 10 years after your last visit, then delete them securely.
Your rights
You can ask to see or correct your records. We will reply within 30 days. If you have a concern we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for BC.
This website
This website uses analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to see, in general terms, how visitors use the site. They do not tell us who you are, and you can decline them in the cookie banner. The map on this page is provided by Google Maps, which may set its own cookies when it loads. Online booking is handled by JaneApp, and JaneApp’s own privacy policy applies there.
